Course Description
Are you an 'accidental' Project Manager seeking formal recognition of skills you have developed on the job, or an experienced project professional looking to take the next step in your Project Management career?
ACPM's Diploma of Project Management is designed to equip participants with best practice Project Management knowledge and skills to ensure that projects deliver the outcomes business requires.
We have a practical approach to training delivery by facilitators who are experienced Project Management practitioners, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.
Participants will be equipped to:
Have major or sole responsibility for all Project Management functions across the entire project lifecycle.
Manage one or more projects that fall within a program.
Practice under the control of a Program Manager or Project Director.
Monitor, control and finalise Project Management functions to best practice standards.
The course provides detailed coverage of the nine functions of Project Management: Scope; Time; Cost; Quality; Human Resources; Communication; Risk; Contract & Procurement, and Integration.
It is designed to provide practising Project Managers with training in the key elements of Project management, and provide the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
The course includes five days training and is followed by a competency-based assessment.
